Protective hunting under annex 4
Protective hunting under annex 4 of the Hunting Ordinance may be carried out on your own initiative when the conditions of the item are met. It has no dates: the conditions must be met every time.

May be hunted when the animal enters a farmyard or garden and can cause damage or other nuisance there (item 2). May also be hunted at game-rearing facilities, poultry yards or similar, and within 200 m of them (item 13).
