Version 1.2 brings guests into the hunt, sharper observations, and a smoother map.

Guest hunt invites

Invite friends to a single hunt with a six-character code, no team membership required. Hosts can rotate or revoke the code at any time. Guests join from the app or from any web browser.

Track signs and better observations

There's a new track marker type for footprints, blood, droppings and other field signs, with or without a species. You can edit observations after placing them, change species, count, sex and age, or move them on the map. The observation flow is redesigned with a faster species grid: your recently used species float to the front, and the full catalog is one tap away. Sightings now carry a sex and age breakdown for male, female and young.

Smoother map and longer battery

Wind and scent animation is decoupled from the static layers, the map is recolored, and user trails are thicker. The map can follow your facing direction if you want. Background updates are smarter and network calls are optimized, so your battery lasts longer during a hunt.

Plus a refreshed home screen widget and many smaller fixes for stability, performance and clarity.
